Thank you for attending the Committee with your colleague, Neasa Ní Chiaráin, on Wednesday, 7 June 2023, and the additional papers you provided by email on 9 June 2023.

We very much enjoyed our meeting and hearing about your work developing speech and language technologies for the Irish Language. The information and experiences you have shared will inform the work of our inquiry on Wales-Ireland relations, and Welsh Language policy. We are most interested in looking further at the support offered by governments to other Celtic languages and may incorporate this into our future programme of work.
